Our Process
We need to know exactly what you hope to achieve with your new website, who your website is
to target and where you feel other websites or your present site fail. We'll also need details
of who will be responsible for the generation of content; do you already have pictures and/or text
that you wish to include or would you prefer us to create these for you?
These are the kind of things you'll need to consider (along with how much you're willing to spend!) before
you appraise us of your requirements in one of the following ways:
 |
|
 |
By calling us on 01691 649 959 during normal UK business hours or writing us an e-mail or letter |
 |
By arranging to meet us in person, where geographically feasible, to discuss and clarify your needs (preferred) |
Once we feel that through one or more of the above mediums we have a clear idea of your requirements
and specifications, this will allow us to produce a quotation.
Our quotation will contain some
or all of the following artefacts:
 |
A project specification detailing the elements of the site and how they will be realised |
 |
An appraisal of the skills and time required to achieve the goal |
 |
A schedule detailing a potential completion date and feedback periods (where applicable) |
 |
A discussion of upgradeability, with envisaged future changes; this is one easy way of spreading the cost
of your site. |
 |
A price, in GBP, based on the above and our standard rates for the services entailed |
Our quotations are binding, and usually valid for 30 days. Should the work required to meet the
specification be in excess of that quoted we will not make any extra charge. However, should your
specification change during the process of the project we reserve the right to charge for these
modifications.
There is no charge for a written quotation
